Three (3) BatangRizal Org. members are the candidates of our Municipality, Rizal, Laguna to the 16th Gawad Parangal Felicisimo T. San Luis Foundation Inc. sa mga Natatanging Kabataan ng Laguna.

The Gawad Felicisimo T. San Luis Foundation Inc. was established in 1993 with its goal and objective to spread the Acts and Teachings of the late Felicisimo T. San Luis former governor of Laguna for almost 33 years, to the youth providing different programs and activities that tend to develop our youth for their effective leadership today and for the future.
One of its yearly activity is the Gawad Felicisimo T. San Luis para sa Namumukod Tanging Kabataan ng Laguna. This competition tends to recognize the 10 Outstanding Youth from four(4) different categories: High School, College, Out of School Youth and Young Professionals. They were screened based on their extra ordinary achievements / accomplishments that they have shared in their respective schools and their communities. The full Six(6) months of training conducted with different workshops and activities starts at the month of December until June where in the Outstanding / Ten Outstanding Youth of Laguna will be awarded with medals and Plaque.
